Novesta's manufacturing facilities date back to the 1930s, when the famous shoemaker Jan Antonin Bata opened a new factory in the small town of Partizánske, in the middle of Slovakia. Over time, Novesta has become one of the last exclusively European-made brands in Europe. Novesta's exclusive sneakers, which combine imaginative design with timeless refinement, are recognizable all over the world. For Novesta, quality design refers more to fashion. We are committed to manufacturing shoes to the highest environmental standards. That's why we use materials such as natural rubber and 100% cotton and linen. These materials allow us to produce ecological footwear of the highest quality. At Novesta we only use certified materials. The natural rubber sole is machine pressed onto the body of the shoe. The shoe is then finished with a precise manual work completed by skilled craftsmen. This ethnic and ecological process results in tire marks around the sole - the look of the Novesta brand.
